Diane Long
Founder & Owner
Diane graduated from Rhode Island College with a Bachelor of Arts in English, Secondary Education in 2009. She worked as a high school English teacher and administrator in public and alternative school settings in Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Working closely with students with mild and moderate disabilities and their families, inspired Diane to pursue a Master of Arts in Special Education from Bridgewater State University.
In 2013, Diane began working in Massachusetts as a Statewide Curriculum & Instructional Coach for special educators and later moved into the role of a Statewide Special Education Director of Professional Development and Curriculum and Instruction working collaboratively with educators to grow and refine their practice to build and foster student success.
Diane has presented workshops locally for the New England Association for Teachers of English (NEATE) and nationally for the National Council for Teachers of English (NCTE). She has taught graduate courses in special education and supervised teacher candidates in their practicum semesters at Fitchburg State University.
